What type of silicone does Signature Silicone use?

We use platinum cure (addition cure) silicone rubber, known for its durability, low shrinkage, excellent tear strength, and clean curing process. Our silicone is odorless, non-toxic, and designed for professional mold making.

What is the mixing ratio?

All Signature Silicone products use a simple 1:1 mix ratio (Part A to Part B) by weight or volume, making the process easy and consistent.

Do I need a vacuum chamber?

No. Our silicone features low viscosity and self degassing properties, allowing bubbles to naturally rise and dissipate during curing. Vacuum degassing is optional, not required.

How long is the working time and cure time?

• Working time: Approximately 30 minutes
• Cure time: 3–6 hours at room temperature
• Heat curing can significantly shorten cure time
• For ultra-soft silicone, we recommend allowing up to 24 hours for full surface cure

Why does ultra-soft silicone feel slightly oily after curing?

This is a natural characteristic of 0A ultra-soft silicone. Extending the cure time to 24 hours will help stabilize the surface.
